Release & Liability Agreement

By proceeding with this booking, I acknowledge and agree that TAP'S Sophisticated Smokes provides premium cigar lounge services only and does not sell, serve, provide, or distribute alcoholic beverages at any event.
 

I understand that guests who choose to consume alcohol do so independently and at their own risk. TAP'S Sophisticated Smokes, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident, property damage, illness, legal violation, or other incident arising from or related to the possession, consumption, or misuse of alcoholic beverages by any guest or third party.
 

I further agree to release and hold harmless TAP'S Sophisticated Smokes from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses related to alcohol consumption at the event. By checking the agreement box and submitting my booking request, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Release & Liability Agreement.
